Bonnie oversees all association operations in addition to her responsibilities for the governance, strategic planning, vision and long term goals of the association. She is the primary liaison with the Board of Directors and she manages the NACE Foundation.

Kim manages chapter affairs for all NACE chapters including chapter volunteers, presidents and boards. She liaises with the Chapter Presidents’ Council, is the point person for all chapter issues, and helps with new chapter start-up and local educational programs. In addition, Kim supports the national Membership and Chapter Relations committee to implement the many strategic goals to grow NACE membership.
